State of Texas v. W.C. Client was driving in Quitman, Texas. Client was pulled over around 1:00AM. Officer performed field sobriety test, and was informed by Client that he had been fishing all day and just left a night-club. Client was arrested for DWI. After aggressive defense, attorneys with Guy L. Womack & Associates, P.C. were able to win at the Client's Administrative License Revocation (ALR) hearing and have the DWI dismissed by the District Attorney's Office.

State of Texas v. B.S.G. Defendant accused by estranged girlfriend of having fraudulently obtained and used a duplicate of her credit card. When she finds the duplicate card in his briefcase, she notes that her signature is forged on the card and she discovers there is a balance of more than $5,800 owed on the card, which she has never used. After aggressive investigation of the girlfriend's private life in effort to discredit her as a Government witness, and upon demanding an early trial date to preempt the Government's case preparation, the Government decides to dismiss all charges.

State of Texas v. F.O., client was arrested for evading arrest and possession of 27 kilograms of cocaine in Denton, Texas. Client was driving at a high rate of speed just north of Dallas, Texas. Officers attempted to pull over the Client, and after a short chase the police were able to detain the Client. Police searched the vehicle and found 27 kilograms of cocaine in a duffle bag in the backseat. After quick and aggressive defense by attorneys for Guy L. Womack & Associates, P.C., the cocaine charge was dropped and the case was dismissed.

State of Texas v. A.B., client was arrested in Houston, Texas for possession of over 2,000 pounds of marijuana. Surveillance on the Client was maintained by Texas DPS from McAllen, Texas to Houston, Texas. Texas DPS and Houston Police Department Narcotics agents raided a Houston residence and discovered over 2,000 pounds of marijuana. After quick and aggressive defense by attorneys for Guy L. Womack & Associates, P.C., and only two months after the Client being arrested, the Harris County charges were dismissed.

State of Texas v. I.G., client was arrested in Houston, Texas for possession of over 2,000 pounds of marijuana. The Client was a codefendant of the State of Texas v. A.B. above and surveillance on both Clients was maintained by Texas DPS from McAllen, Texas to Houston, Texas. Texas DPS and Houston Police Department Narcotics agents raided a Houston residence and discovered over 2,000 pounds of marijuana. After quick and aggressive defense by attorneys for Guy L. Womack & Associates, P.C., and only two months after the Client being arrested, the Harris County charges were dismissed.

State of Texas v. M.E., client was arrested in Houston, Texas for possession of marijuana. After presentation to the Grand Jury by Guy L. Womack & Associates, P.C., the case was No Billed by the Grand Jury and all charges were dismissed.

State of Texas v. P.R., client was arrested in Falfurrias, Texas for possession of 12 kilograms of cocaine. Client was arrested after driving through checkpoint of Falfurrias, Texas. Border Patrol searched the vehicle and found 12 kilograms cocaine in the spare tire. After presentation to the Grand Jury by Guy L. Womack & Associates, P.C., the case was No Billed by the Grand Jury and all charges were dismissed.

State of Texas v. A.R. Drug trafficking, money laundering. Investigated by Joint Federal and State Drug Task Force for 5 years. Numerous searches of vehicles, houses and businesses by agents. No Charges filed.

State of Texas v. D.R. Arrested on charges of attempted murder by firing 12 9mm rounds into car of ex-girlfriend and her new boyfriend on New Year’s. After our presentation to Grand Jury, No-billed by Grand Jury, all charges dropped.

State of Texas v. D.R.II. Used Car Business searched by narcotics officers when drugs were found on owner’s person & at the scene, and false compartments found in numerous used cars in inventory. Charges dismissed by DA for insufficient evidence.

State of Missouri v. K.W. USAF Airman charged with smuggling more than 10,000 hits of Ecstasy from England into Missouri via U.S. Mail. The largest Ecstasy case in history of mid-western U.S. State of Missouri dismissed all charges weeks before trial. Federal and Military courts never charged.

State of Louisiana v. H.S. Charged with manufacture and delivery of 5 kilograms of cocaine. Court ordered dismissal of all charges due to police misconduct during pretrial discovery process.

State of Alaska v. A.B. Coast Guardsman arrested and charged with raping college co-ed in State Park. All charges dismissed.

State of Texas v. V.V. Man charged with possession of firearm on school grounds. All charges dismissed.

State of Texas v. A.T. Doctor accused of sexual harassment of nurses and hospital staff. All charges dismissed, career saved.

State of Texas v. M.Y. Man accused of sexual abuse of 4 year old infant. Mother – a vengeful ex-girlfriend – testified before Grand Jury as to sex acts performed on son by dad. We made presentation to Grand Jury refuting this. Grand Jury no-billed the case. Court expunged all records of arrest and incident. Ex-girlfriend fled to Mexico to avoid being charged with perjury by Grand Jury.

State of Texas v. G.S. Indicted on charge of manufacture and delivery of 5 kilograms of cocaine. Defendant arrested by state narcotics officers at scene of delivery. Charges dismissed by DA the morning of trial.

State of Texas v. M.S. High school teacher indicted for sexual assault on 14 year old female student after confessing to a Texas Ranger. Given deferred adjudication, 30 days in custody.

State of Texas v. B.H. Charged in 7 indictments of sexually molestation of neighborhood children. All charges dismissed on eve of trial when parents of child victim refused defense demands for discovery.

State of Texas v. G.G. Defendant found in possession of over 300 lbs of marijuana in Houston, Texas. The Client was still on probation for 60 lb. marijuana case in another in Brooks County, Texas. After aggressive defense by attorneys for Guy L. Womack & Associates, P.C., the case was dismissed for lack of evidence and Brooks County did not revoke the Client's probation.

State of Texas v. H.M. Involved in a head on collision auto accident and charged with DWI. After meeting with District Attorney, case dismissed.

State of Texas v. G.M. Involved in auto accident in Liberty County and charged with DWI. After meeting with County Attorney, case dismissed.

State of Texas v. C.H. Underage minor arrested and charged with DUI. After completion of community supervision hours and DUI course, case dismissed.

State of Texas v. D.C. Charged with possession of cocaine in State court. After our presentation to the Grand Jury, and while in custody on Federal charges of possession and intent to distribute 59 kilograms of cocaine, case dismissed.
