Firm Obtains Dismissal In Drug Possession Case

A Houston man was arrested in Denton County for evading arrest and suspected DWI. After a search of the vehicle, the Denton police found a bag containing 27 Kilograms of Cocaine.

Guy L. Womack & Associates, P.C. was retained by the accused and within days of the Houston man being arrested attorneys for Guy L. Womack & Associates, P.C., submitted a presentation to the Grand Jury, and the District Attorney's office dismissed the case for lack of evidence.
