Firm Negotiates Over $450K for Injured Longshoreman

On the eve of the November 2006 trial, Guy L. Womack & Associates, P.C. and co-counsel negotiated more than a $450,000 settlement for a worker injured while conducting stevedore operations in the Port of Houston.
